A complete fee schedule outlining services provided and the costs for such services is available upon request. Mr. Sampson is available to appear as an expert witness in criminal and/or civil matters concerning VAWA and marriage fraud.
 
In February 2009, he was  designated as an expert witness in the State of New York, Supreme Court of New York County, involving matters of marriage and VAWA fraud in a criminal matter, and has been called as an expert witness in a matrimonial case in Omaha, Nebraska. Most recently, on April 7, 2009, Mr. Sampson was designated as an expert witness regarding marriage fraud, VAWA fraud,  and immigration matters in a criminal matter in Denver, Colorado.
 
If retained, full payment is required in advance of the commencement of any services provided or work performed in the form of a retainer. Any unused portion of the retainer will be refunded to the client.
 
CSI Consulting and Investigations accepts payment through PayPal which allows the client to use a credit or debit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover) to pay for the services they request. If you choose, you can also pay by check.
 
If you choose to use PayPal as your form of payment, the procedure is quite simple:
 
CSI Consulting and Investigations will send you an invoice via email through PayPal with a link to the PayPal site. Click on the link and follow the instructions, enter your credit or debit card information and payment will be made instantaneously. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service.
 
Note: There is, however, a 5% surcharge that will be added to the invoice amount to cover the fee that PayPal charges for this service.

We do not provide free or gratuitous consultations or advice. The first half hour of consultation will be at no charge. Any additional consultation or investigative assistance will require the payment of a $1,500.00 retainer equalling ten hours of work in advance of any work performed or consultation services provided.
